# Plugin causing 500 error, site can’t be reached

 * We’ve had to disable this plugin (the Pro version) since it was causing the site
   to crash. We’re using Woo 5.6 ( 5.7.1 has a bug they’re working on )
 * I’ve had several people refresh the site in their browsers while I activate/deactivate
   various plugins. This is the one that triggers the 500 error.
 * Please advise.

 * I enabled debugging and reactivated the plugin but no sidecart displays at all.
   Flushed the entire cache, still nothing. The plugin does not display an error
   message in debut mode.
 * Please advise.
