 * Hi,
 * Thanks for the plugin. It’s great. I’ve having a couple of problems though. I
   use a security plugin on my site which blocks visitors who get multiple 404 errors
   within a given time frame to prevent hackers scanning for vulnerabilities. Unfortunately,
   the shortcode menu plugin is causing a 404 error on every page visited by appending?
   ver=3.6.1 to the end of the plugin URI’s eg: /wp-content/plugins/shortcode-menu/
   js/superfish.js?ver=3.6.1
 * I’ve changed the settings within the security plugin for now to avoid legitimate
   site users from getting blocked, but it would be great if this could be solved.
 * I’ve also been getting lots of CSS conflicts as my site theme also uses superfish
   for the menus. I’ve solved most of them, but any suggestions to prevent this 
   would also be appreciated.

 * But as per my understanding ?ver=3.6.1 is automatically appended to js and css.
   And it should not give an error of 404.

 * To be honest I don’t know the answer as I’m more a proficient user that a developer.
   All I know is that the security plugin I use is installed on about 30 websites
   I manage and I’ve never had this problem/conflict occur with any other plugin??
 * Sure some themes and plugins flag up missing files or image 404 errors from time
   to time, but yours seems to be doing it on every page load, on every page on 
   the site. Since I posted this first report there have been over 500 on the site
   in question in just a few days.
 * So it leaves me with three options – 1. either turn off the security feature 
   and leave the site more vulnerable, 2. Try and find another security plugin and
   hope it doesn’t conflict with yours in the same way, or 3. Find an alternative
   menu plugin…
 * And I’m afraid I’m one to prioritise site security, so unless you can propose
   a solution I’m afraid it will be number 3 and I’ll have to ditch your plugin…

 * Once activated, ensure 404 error detection is enabled. Then browse through you
   site, then check the error logs.

 * I’ve tested the plugin with above security plugin and its working fine.
 * My plugin was enqueuing js and css file without registering that causes warnings.
   It might giving you the 404 problem.
 * Well, Now I’ve updated plugin to 1.3 and is all warning free and simple code.
