# Plugin Causes White Screen

 * Happy New Year and thank you for the great theme.
 * I was tryng to instal template, fror Teo Theme SCRN tehem and instaled plugin
   AQUA PAGE BUILDER (as it said in the template help section). However, plugin 
   right away caused me white screen. Is there a anything we can fix, or there is
   any other way to instal tempplate. Looking forward to youe ssupport ASAP.

 * I am having the same issue. It was working fine, then stopped about a week ago.
   I have contacted my theme’s developer, and he has not been able to find a cause.
   We also tried deactivating his theme and using the default instead, but I still
   wasn’t able to access the plugin.
 * Happy to provide access credentials if you need; client is waiting on this, so
   I would appreciate a quick response.
