Plugin causes site to be sluggish

    i’m testing out the free version of your plugin prior to purchasing it. when activated it makes the products page of the site very slow to load. It also stops me from filtering products on the page as it causes it to crash. If I disable your plugin everything works normally. Could you please advise what might be causing this and if we can fix it? We are using version 1.4.3, on woocommerce 3.0.3

    Hi @coriron,

    Sorry to hear about the speed troubles.

    Couple of questions for you to help me diagnose:

    1. What version of PHP are you using? Should be 5.6+

    2. What version of MySQL are you on? Should be 5.6+ also

    3. How many products are you showing on the archive page?

    4. Are you on the latest version of our WooCommerce Wholesale Prices plugin (by Rymera Web Co)? 1.4.3 at time of writing this.

    5. Does the slowness occur only when you are logged in as a wholesale customer or even when you are logged in as an admin/guest/regular customer?

    It’s very rare for the free plugin to cause slowness. Would it be possible to retest with other plugins disabled except WooCommerce and our Wholesale Prices plugin? And if possible the theme switched to Twenty Seventeen or similar stock theme?
