    Hi,
    I have installed and activated the plugin and set some coupons to test the conditions and bogo deals. But for some reason, when I visit the checkout page, the page fails to load and is showing only the loading indicator. Also when I visit the store credits section from the account page, same happens only the loading indicator is showing. The checkout page issue occurs if the user is already logged in. I have the guest user checkout enabled, and the checkout page works for the guest users. I deactivated the plugin and everything works as expected. I really want to use the plugin since it is just what I wanted for the coupon management but I don’t know why it is causing the issue I mentioned. So your help will be highly appreciated.

    We’re trying to track down this issue but it appears to be related to a theme or plugin. I’d love to hear which theme you’re using if possible so we can cross check.

    Also, would you be able to write in to our premium support team so we can troubleshoot this more closely?

    Thank you for the quick response. I am using purchased Kapee theme by the way. I tried to write to the support team, but it seems to require a license key which obviously I don’t have since I am using the free version of the plugin from here.
    Let me know if you need any info or details from me to troubleshoot the issue.
