# Plugin causes critical error when enabled

 * Whenever we attempt to activate this plugin on one of our sites we get a critical
   error, when we’ve switched to debug mode we then get this error from wordpress:
 * [10-Jul-2023 13:57:53 UTC] PHP Parse error:  syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in /
   home/93896-82225.cloudwaysapps.com/tqxnnfcrby/public_html/wp-content/plugins/
   creame-whatsapp-me/admin/class-joinchat-admin-page.php on line 635
 * We’ve spoken with our hosting team and they’ve said that the above error indicates
   a syntax error in the code. Specifically, it states that there is an unexpected
   closing parenthesis (‘)’) at line 635 of the file “class-joinchat-admin-page.
   php” in the specified directory.
 * To resolve the error, you need to review the code at or around line 635 and check
   for any syntax issues, such as mismatched parentheses or incorrect syntax usage.
 * Can you please advise if this is an issue with the plugin that needs to be resolved,
   or an issue with the site?

 * We are sorry for any inconvenience the update to version 5 may have caused you.
   
   We have released a fix with version 5.0.2 and the problem should now be resolved.
 * It was within the remote possibilities:
 * – Changed all PHP class names to follow WordPress Coding Standards.
   – Custom 
   plugins or code snippets calling Joinchat classes prior to version 5.0 may return
   a fatal error.

 * We have already located the bug and it is fixed in Joinchat v 5.0.5
