# Plugin causes crash

 * Dear,
 * I have been trying to get into contact by e-mail (which worked before, but after
   payment no-one responds anymore). This plugin has been paid for by my customer.
   It causes crashes, and an unresponsive website.
 * I would like to get it to work again, and including the app for the phones. Is
   there anyone still answering mails? Because Nick does not seem to respond.

 * You’ll have to talk to the previous plugin author about anything related to money/
   refunds as this is not something under our control.
 * The plugin has been made completely free since ~March this year and will continue
   to be offered for free. Being free, no support is provided. We will instead provide
   a high quality plugin that will require little to no support. The next release
   is the first step towards this goal.

 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site. This includes any pre-sales or refund topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
