The following is an error message I got when using your plugin with BackupBuddy. It would appear to be “fixable”. I really liked the plugin but having reliable backups with a plugin that is a must have takes priority . Please let me know when update becomes available. I would like to reinstall and use.

Error scheduling event with WordPress. Your schedule may not work properly. Please try again. Error #3488439.

This means the built-in WordPress function wp_schedule_event() is returning false. The only thing that can cause that is another plugin or something filtering/blocking scheduling of events. So can try deactivating/disabling all other plugins and then see if it clears it up. If it does then one of them was conflicting and can reactivate the plugins one at a time to find which one causes it again.
Letting the conflicting plugin’s author know about the conflict is good to do as well so they can update their plugin and fix it

I think my custom cron schedule filter might have been causing this problem. I dropped that all together as it wasn’t really necessary, and I can just run things hourly. Hopefully this solves the problem.

I am still getting the error. Does not matter if I activate the Links Plugin in the Network Activate or the Individual Sub Site Plugin Activate. I still get the error. Bummer!

I didn’t release a new version with the fix yet.

OH! Well that would explain it then, lol… I saw this marked resolved so I went back through and tested etc. (C’mon you mean you can’t just drop everything and do what I need and give it to me yesterday? hehehe. I am just kidding!)

I will be watching for the new release then! Thanks for your work!

So, when can we expect a new version? I would really like to get this back and activated on the site. Any anticipated time frame?

Trying to get a new version out today which also solves some WP 3.5 related issues.
