[Plugin: Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order] Recommend update to use built-in term_order field

I was wondering why this plugin wasn’t working to explicitly order terms ordered by term_order using wp_get_object_terms() and realized that it adds its own term_order field to the terms table. WP has been recently enhanced to include support for ordering by term_order, which is in the term_relationships table. I’d definitely recommend updating this plugin to use that field instead so it will play nicely with built-in support for explicit term ordering.
