[Plugin: Cat Tag Filter] how to show only preferred tags and exclude others

Hi,
i saw that iun the widget it is possible exclude same tag in orther not show it in menu filter.
Should be possible have the opposite?
I mean create a list of tags and showing only these excluding all others?
