My Cart 66 plugin was working fine for a few months, but starting on 9/10/2012, I started getting a daily email from PayPal that said:
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) messages. Messages sent to the following URL(s) are not being received:
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information.
Once you or your service provider fix this problem, you or your service provider can resend the failed messages from the IPN History page. If this problem continues, PayPal may disable the IPN feature for your account.
The last message I got was on 9/17 — and now orders are not showing up in my Dashboard, and email confirmations are not sending out. I logged into my PayPal account, but I can’t find any information to help me fix the problem.
I notice that there are a number of IPN issues posted here during this time frame with no support response, so I am wondering if there is a new bug in Cart 66? My “Checkout” page contains:

I just don’t know what to do here. Anyone?
