[Plugin: Cart66 Lite] How do you use Manual Checkout?

    In Cart66 Lite, Version 1.0.5, where is the setting for: Manual Checkout (you collect payments on your own, with an invoice or over the phone for example)

    To use the manual checkout feature, log in to your WordPress admin and navigate to your store/checkout page and use the [checkout_manual] shortcode. You will probably want to remove any of (default) checkout shortcodes. You can find our Cart66 Lite documentation here: http://cart66.com/cart66lite-documentation.pdf

    I got the manual checkout working. Thanks for the reply, documentation link, and plugin. It’s looking real sweet so far and I look forward to digging in more.

    It’s encouraging the fact that you have a PDF for the lite version. Looking forward to testing this plugin now.

    I have a same problem, but I didn’t get it work by using [checkout_manual] shortcode in store/checkout page. There is a products in cart, but when I go Check out page, there comes only blank page…
