[Plugin: Cart66 Lite :: Ecommerce Shopping Cart Plugin For Your Online Store] Not being consistent w

I’ve had cart66 for about 2 weeks now. I’ve had 6 orders that went well, but 3 people had problems. One put in an order, i got it as 0.00. And it said “Delivery via: Download” Download? I don’t even have that set up! the “product” field is empty, so it means they didint choose a product? but how can they check out then? I tried all the ways to reproduce their steps but it baffles me how this customer even got to this option or page?.

Another problem was someone was getting a form to fill in addresses etc. How’s that even possible as well? couldn’t reproduce the steps. I searched the strings it asked her, and it’s all in the Cart 66 Pro’s .php file. I don’t have Cart 66 Pro. So out of the 9 check outs, 3 people got to pages that doesn’t even exist and that i can’t reproduce. Have the cart66 devs ever came across this? I’m afraid i can’t continue to use this plugin if it keeps giving me inconsistent checkouts.
