 * B. Double points earned when orders are on subscription.
 * Case:
 * 5 points earned when referral buy.
 * Case 4:
 * Is there a way to have multi levels? For example bonus points for orders over
   $100 like double points earned?
 * State 1: $25 – $100 = 4 points
 * State 2: $101 – $200 = 8 points
