# Plugin can't see database

 * I uploaded the unzipped database file to my server although I had to create the
   GeoIP.dat folder myself. The plugin is still saying the database doesn’t exist.
   Any ideas?

 * You do not have to create the GeoIP.dat folder. You just upload the GeoIP.dat**
   file** to the upload directory.

 * Same problem for me. Dat files already in uploads folder – but plugin still can’t
   see them.
