Plugin can seriously break forms with the enter-api-key message.

The “Enter a Google Maps API key” notice has a form, and if a form tag is around the notice in dom, that can be a big problem because forms are not allowed to be nested. A type=submit element will send that to your plugin rather than the page’s submit as is expected.
