[Plugin: Business Directory Plugin] Listing Error

    Hi, when I set the option to include the add listing button on the page, when you go through the process unregistered uses submissions are not being processed, after going through the process and submitting the listing it just ends up on a blank page with the directory title and the listing is not received in the directory, I do not have this issue with registered users. Have I set something up incorrectly as I have the registered users box unticked…

    Hi SDB,

    So, let me make sure I understand this problem:

    – You tried posting a listing as an unregistered user
    – Your site doesn’t require registration
    – You have the Add Listing button visible
    – When they click on Add Listing, you process the listing normally
    – You end up at a blank page

    Questions:
    – Is this with BD version 2.0.4.1?
    – Have you modified the plugin at all?
    – What version of WP are you running?
    – Does the listing show up in the Directory->Directory section of the admin area? If so, is it in a Pending state?
    – Do you require payment? Did the payment fail?
    – Are you uploading images? Did the image uploads fail?

    Hi,
    your understanding of the problem is correct,

    I’m running BD Version 2.0.4.1
    I have not modified the plugin,
    I’m running wordpress version 3.4.1
    No the listing doesn’t show up at all,
    No I do not require payment, although it is an option
    I tried both with uploading images and without and have the same problem

    When using the same process as a registered user I have no problem…

    OK, we just released a patch today. Can you see if that fixes the problem before we start digging deeper? We addressed a number of issues in there.
