OK, with the template upgrades we just put in, this COULD be an old template laying around that is preventing the new code from showing you the most recent sizes of text areas.

Reason I believe that: Old text areas were too small. New ones are not.

If you had template override files in your theme, do this: temporarily REMOVE them (download to your local machine and delete them from the server). Then try it again. I found this clears up most formatting issues because the old templates didn’t format things quite right (which is why we revamped things).

Try that out–if it doesn’t work, give me a link to the page and let me have a look.

I will apologize upfront because I am a newbie when it comes to HTML. I do not even know how to begin to do what your asking.

I have a template uploaded to WordPress from Artisteer. Maybe that is conflicting with these fields? Should I re-install that template?

I would appreciate it if you could help me. Please let me know your email address and I can send you a screen capture. I cannot send you the link because you need to be logged into my site to see it…

Thanks again! FYI – When I get this directory full you can use it as a reference on your web page if you wish.

    Thank you!

I wasn’t talking about your theme. It sounds like you probably didn’t customize BD at all–is that correct?

By customize, I mean you didn’t take the PHP template files, modify them, and upload the changes to your theme directory. If you have no idea what I’m talking about, the answer is YES, you didn’t customize it. 🙂

Can you send me a link to the site so I can see this first hand? Use http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/ to contact me. Include a link to this WP forum for context since I get a lot of email.

Please do not think I am an idiot but I cannot send you an email through your contact page. I keep getting a “Could not read CAPTCHA token file. Try again.”

I have tried with caps, without caps, and I have even deleted all of my cookies and restarted my browser…

Oy. I’m beginning to hate my contact form. 😛 OK, I shut off the captcha. Let the spam begin! 🙂
