    Hello BPS Team.

Today i have uninstalled "Better WordPress Security" and installed "BulletProof Security".The reason for uninstalling BWPS is, that **** plugin banned or blocked google bot and google just removed my 80% site posts, categories, tags and even my domain name from the google search engine! You know what happened yesterday? I LOST MY PAGE RANK FROM 3 to 0!!! Daily visitors 5000 to 340. Yesterday I just found the issue with the help of google webmasters, here is the issue they showed to me : "google can't fetch your site". After the removal of BWPS, "Google fetched your site successfully". Now i re-submitted my sitemaps, and google started re-indexing my site.Thank God!

    My question to BPS team:

Will BPS block google bots or any other good search engine bots?

That is devastatingly brutal. I am very, very sorry to hear about that. I am sure you have already notified the BWPS people, but if you have not then you should definitely let them know about this problem. Hopefully you will recover all your visitor traffic ASAP.

BPS does not block the Google Bot and BPS will not affect your visitor traffic whatsoever. The AITpro website is achieving these Alexa Rankings naturally without any effort put into ranking >>> http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/ait-pro.com#

And you can run a "site" search on AITpro as well to verify that Google indexing is not affected by BPS.

Once again I am very sorry about the nightmare experience you had with BWPS and am wishing you a speedy Google recovery.

Thank you soo much. This is a really an excellent security plugin and I'm going to write a review about this plugin in my site.

    I have two websites:

By doubt is, can i install BPS on both sites? (both are on same server)

Yes, actually BPS MUST be installed individually per site (with the exception of MU subsites since they are virtual sites). .htaccess files work in a hierarchical way and Rewriterules and RewriteBases will be unique for Parent sites (Top level domain) and Child sites (Subfolder sites).

    /SiteA/.htaccess file
    /SiteA/SubfolderSiteUnderSiteA/.htaccess file
    /SiteB/.htaccess file
    /SiteB/SubfolderSiteUnderSiteB/.htaccess file
