# Plugin Bug – Cannot Uninstall

 * I have created a ticket on your website on your website almost one week ago and
   i haven’t got an answer yet. The ticket no is #951426 in case you want to take
   a look. The issue i have with your plugin is that when i disabled it a short-
   code would still appear for all the users. I tried deleting it and the issue 
   remained. A short-code would be visible. When i reinstalled it it was working
   again but i do not want to use the plugin for now and i would like your help 
   with this issue.

 * Kindly remove the shortcode from where you have placed (on page) then it will
   not be visible to the visitors.
