[Plugin: BuddyPress Registration Groups] How to show all groups in random order?

In the bp-registration-groups file I have edited the code to get a list of random groups:

<?php if ( bp_has_groups(‘type=rand’) ) : while ( bp_groups() ) : bp_the_group(); ?>

But I will get a list of the newest 20 groups in random order. I have more than 40 groups and will like to see 20 random groups listed of the total groups I have than just the newest 20 groups listed in random order.

This plugin is very useful, before I will rarely get members to join groups, now it’s more consistent with every new member. Thank you, your help will be very appreciated.
