# [Plugin: BuddyPress] Problem posting to forums

 * I have a member, registered and with a site of her own, who cannot post to the
   forums or reply to a topic. The error message coming up says
    ‘You cannot create
   new topics at this time’ or ‘You cannot reply to this topic’
 * As far as I can see, there is no difference between her and other members who
   also have sites and who can post.
 * What could I be missing here?
 * Any suggestions gratefully received!

 * Which forum are you referring to? The Group Forums or the Sitewide Forums (bbPress
   plugin 2.+)?

 * From the screencap which has been sent to me, it looks like the Group Forums?
   Would the answer make a difference? (Apologies if this is a dumb question.)

 * Although on a custom theme, looks like you’re referring to the bbPress plugin.
