[Plugin: BuddyPress Groups Extras] New group pages don't work

I created a new group page using this plugin and it does not add a new tab in the group to view the page. When I preview the page from the admin backend, it says paeg not found.
example:
http://127.0.0.1/groups/new-members/gpages/faq
page not found

any ideas?
