    Using WPMU 2.9.1 and BP 1.1.3 I cannot acces the Geo Search Setup in the Buddypress Admin panel. (redirects back to dashboard)

    Same here. Running WPMU and the new BP 1.2 beta. Clicking the Geo options link in the admin sidebar redirects to a /?c=1 page, which defaults to Dashboard view.

    I got different problem with version
    BuddyPress Geo 1.0.4 after adding fields Latitude and Longitude, I cannot choose two config fields:

    Which field represents each user's location?
    Which field represents a description for each user (i.e. 'About Me')?

    Only first one about group is showing some data.
    Do you know the solution ?
    Please, help

    I am having same issues as @Yezzo, I cannot choose the two config fields after adding Latitude and Longitude and causes error that affects profile updates. Does not allow profile updates when you hit save when editing user profile.

    Running wordpress 2.9.2 MU and Buddypress 1.2.3 Buddypress Geo Version 1.0.4

    I have managed to set the location fields and about fields manually by editing options.php and setting the values to be the field ID

    However, the part about copying the template files from directories/geo, doesnt make sense to me (and didn't work)

    So I have renamed them
    index.php -> geo.php
    members-loop -> geo-members_loop.php
    edit the files t be correctly reference and copied them to the root of the Buddypress template, edit the geo.php to become a page template and assigned it to a page.

    That shows the list but now when I do a search the url gets altered and adds an undefined element

    e.g. on submit i get

    I really want to get this working, does anyone have any ides?

    Oh and I also needed to take out the class from line 25 of geo-members-loop.php
    <ul id="members-list" class="item-list geo">
    <ul id="members-list" >
    so that the drop down distance selection worked
