[Plugin: BuddyPress Activity Plus] Link Sharing does not work for many pages

    In my installation buddypress activity plus does not take many links. I have read on the developers site that it cannot take links when you need to login, but in my case it doesn’t work for many links where login is not needed:

    Example 1: No links from Wall Street Journal, New York Times or Denver Post.

    Example 2: No links to share real estate listings from REMAX or Trulia.com.

    …and many more.

    Is there a plan to fix this?

    For me it has been happening as well.
    In my case I find in the network report a response header:

    HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
    Date: Wed, 31 Oct 2012 01:43:22 GMT
    Server: Apache/2.2.19 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.19 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635

    and offcourse spinner just keep spinning 🙂

    I just installed this plugin and am having the same problem. Images seem to upload just fine, but links don’t work. I will send an image to the email address above as well.

    Maybe it was just a temporary glitch? Seems to be working now.
