[Plugin: BuddyPress Activity Plus] Icons not appearing

I’ve installed the plugin but the icons of the camera, video, etc are not appearing beneath the status update field.

I’m using my own theme with BuddyPress Template Pack. Is there a piece of code that I need to insert into the theme to make this plugin work?
