# [Plugin: Broken Link Checker] Memory usage….

 * Great plugin, really very useful indeed but….
 * It seems to be using up massive amounts of memory – I recorded a difference of
   3.64Mb of PHP Memory with the plugin activated compared to deactivated! This 
   seems rather high doesn’t it?
 * Any tips for reducing memory usage by changing settings, or maybe this is something
   that could be addressed in a future update?
