Plugin Broken in Secure WordPress

    WordPress Version: 3.4.2
    KittyCatfish Version: 2.2
    I did this:
    Disabled all plugins.

    I expected the plugin to do this:
    Work properly but it didn’t.

    Instead, it did this:
    The CSS and JS did not load.

    Suspected problem:
    Plugin cannot find wp-config as it is one directory up. It is becoming commonplace do put wp-config one directory higher than public_html for security. However, this plugin cannot detect wp-config so it does not work.
