    Hello,

Unfortunately the custom sidebar plugin is broken.
It happened a month ago, with an update of the plugin, Since then I tried previous versions and new versions of the plugin but nothing helps. It used to work fine for years.

I hope you can help me. The theme I use is bootstrap 2. But the theme is irrelevant, I see many more simular error reports over the last months, you always answer with the same reply, that it is a combination of plugin and theme issue. Well, that does not explain the fact that it does not work on the backend, see:

Could it be that the custom sidebar settings in the database are corrupt? Is there a script where I can clean the settings in the db and reinstall the plugin completely.

    Thanks in advance,
    Paul

  • Hi Paul,

Thanks for posting on the forum.

I checked your shared screenshot but didn’t find any issue in it.

Could you please tell me what’s the issue in your shared screenshot?

I can see in your shared screenshot that the sidebar location options are not displaying but this may be because you might not have selected at least one default sidebar as replaceable sidebar by checking the option “Allow this sidebar to be replaced”.

    Please advise.

    Kind Regards,
