# Plugin broke WordPress

 * I installed this plugin earlier today and it went just fine. The problem arose
   when I tried to add another plugin or add a user with this plugin installed –
   I kept getting Access Denied errors. Removed this plugin manually and then everything
   else worked fine again. Weird. Any ideas?

 * First, apologies for late reply. We’ve changed our support systems and added 
   some people and we’re going to be on this forum more often.
 * Regarding the question, we’ve never heard of Access Denied problems from using
   our plugin. If you could provide a login for us to take a look and email to support
   at opentickets.com we’ll take a look and see if there are issues with your install.
 * This is the first report of this issue, so we’d like to know.
