    Bought this plugin in September 2021. Loved it! Last week I got a fatal error and my website was completely down. Their response was that I was using an outdated version of the Pro plugin and that I need to update it. Basically, that it’s my fault. Never received a notification that I needed to manually update the Pro plugin. I update my plugins weekly, if not daily. I asked for a partial refund because I did enjoy it for about 6 months, but they said no. This plugin comes with a yearly fee. Why?
