I had installed this on a blog to help me choose only three categories to appear in a sidebar widget. I've entered all of the category ids I want to exclude (comma delimited, as specified in the default usage link http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_categories) and I've entered all the category ids for the ones I wanted to include. I still get the entire list of categories.

I'll be looking for an alternative plugin since it appears this one isn't supported anymore and the function I'm looking for is very simple.
