    Dear Forum Members,

We noticed recently that on the iPhone / iPad our site does not display properly when the ‘cookie law info’ plugin is activated. For the time being we have switched off the plugin to ensure the site works but we would appreciate your advice on how we can fix the issues we experience.

    This is our site:

When using one of the following browsers, these are the issues:
    Puffin Pro browser:
    – everything works perfectly
    Safari browser:
    – home page: slider images missing, menu bar not working correctly, arrow up missing, product and category images missing and in some cases the wrong image shown
    – all other pages: working better but some issues,e.g. part of the menu bar are not working properly, the odd few images are missing
    Chrome browser:
    – home page: menu bar not working correctly, arrow up missing, product and category images missing and in some cases the wrong image shown
    – all other pages: working better but some issues,e.g. part of the menu bar are not working properly, the odd few images are missing
    Opera Mini
    – everything seems to be working. The only thing I noticed is that the arrow up only appears when all elements of the page have loaded.

After a lot of testing, we found that the cookie law plugin was the issue. When we switch the plugin, everything works well again, as you can currently.

Do you have any suggestions how we could fix the cookie law plugin problem ?

Many thanks for your help & advice.

    Dear Forum Members,
Sorry I forgot to mention the set up our site
    – WordPress 4.4.2
    – WooCommerce 2.5.3
    – Genesis 2.2.6 & Altitude Pro Theme
    – Cookie Law Info 1.5.3
    – BeaverBuilder 1.7.5 – I noticed that pages created with Beaver Builder were less affected by the ‘cookie law info’ plugin problems.
Is there anything else you require ?
