Plugin Breaking Theme Styles

Hi there,

Love the plugin (have it on both my sites) but randomly it seems to break the themes styling now and then. Clearing the cache fixes it BUT how do i stop it happening in the first place as it is usually the users who inform me certain pages on the site are broken which is no good.
