I can't wait to try out this awesome plugin, however, I get the following error with WP 3.1 / BP 1.2.8 when trying to Install a widget:

    Warning: unlink(/home/<my path>/wp-content/plugins/bp-my-home/zip-widgets/) [function.unlink]: Is a directory in /home/<my path>/wp-content/plugins/bp-my-home/includes/bp-my-home-admin.php on line 83

I've tried making my /wp-content folder CHMOD 777 as well as the /bp-my-home/zip-widgets/ to 777 with no success. Can I manually unzip/upload the widgets to install them?

You should check the wp-content/uploads/bpmh-widgets/ dir to see if you have the widgets folders inside.
if not, then unzip the zip files in this folder and then activate them in BPMH Manager.
make sure to not put zip files in wp-content/uploads/bpmh-widgets/, but the widgets folders.
Once done you'll be able to delete the zip files in wp-content/plugins/bp-my-home/zip-widgets/

    for your info
When you click on install, it tries to unzip the widget directly in wp-content/uploads/bpmh-widgets/, once done, to avoid the "upgrade notice", it deletes the zip file in wp-content/plugins/bp-my-home/zip-widgets/nameofwidget.zip
it seems that the name of the widgets is missing and you cant delete a dir if it's not empty, i guess it's the explanation.

I hope it will help you to make it work.
