[Plugin: BP Blog Author Link] option to change /blog when BP on a secondary blog

Tiny feature request: Since I run Buddypress on a secondary blog, I had to change the hardcoded link addition from /blog to /myblogurl. Perhaps in a future update, it could choose between the default (/blog) and the BP_ROOT_BLOG url. Or just add a warning to the readme.
Love this plug-in. Thanks for writing it.
