Sorry to hear about your problems.

I’ve just tested it on our dev system and it works as expected.

Has anything else changed recently that might be affecting the shortcodes?

When you upgraded did you upgrade from the previous version or skip any? This shouldn’t affect anything by i’m just trying to get a picture here.

Does it work if you create an new plate and try to show that?

You can download previous version here
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-boilerplate/download/
if you want to see if they still work.
You do have to totally delete all the files before installing a different version.

I figured it out. Before this update, boilerplate text would appear whether or not the page had been published, but now publishing is necessary. No big deal once I know.

    Thanks for the quick response!

I’ll just throw this in here, although it’s probably not the right place for it: I’d really like to be able to assign ownership for a boilerplate page to a specific user. I’m using it for a small bio that appears at the bottom of posts on a shared blog, and as it is, I have to make all bio changes for them since they can’t access the pages without me giving them access to pages that I don’t want them messing with.

Thats a little odd. I can’t think of any changes that would make it work like that. I’ll look into it further.

I’ll add making the plates appear to all authors to the list. And check out what else needs to be done.
