You are using the very old podpress_trac feature, which changes the URLs to the media files. It’s a very bad option to have enabled as it passes through all your media downloads through WordPress PHP.

The first fix may be just going into PowerPress Settings > basic settings and setting the default media URL. this works if PodPress stored your files by filename (without the URL information)

2nd option: While you have PodPress enabled, you can also enable PowerPress, it will disable itself until PodPress is enabled. While both plugins are enabled, go to the PowerPress > Tools menu and select the option to import podpress episodes. Once you do that, then you can use the find/replace episodes option in the Tools page, which will allow you to then do a global find/replace of the weird podpress URL to the correct URL to the media on your server.

3rd and most painful option: do the Import PodPress episodes option from PowerPress, then edit each post where the URL is not valid and fix it.

Either way, if you decide the heck with switching and keep PodPress, you still want to remove that podpress_trac feature, it will bring your web site to a crawl when you release new episodes, especially if you have the Full+ option selected.
