[Plugin: Blog-in-Blog] Categories to hide from homepage

Hi, great plugin.

I have a problem tough. I do exclude some categories from showing in the hp loop in my code and that seems to be in conflict with the plugin cat exclusion tool.

Some of my articles that were showing only in the bottom strip now are in the loop.

Any idea of why?
