Hi @evelynmsdesigngraphicscom,
I apologize for the inconvenience causing to you due to this problem.
I tried to replicate this issue at our end but I am unable to replicate the same. However, one of our clients faced a similar issue on his site but that was more related to WP Engine. Can you please let us know whether you are using WP Engine?
Kindly create a ticket at “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” and share the login details of your site there. So that we will check what is going wrong on your site and fix the same.
Please let us know so that we will try to check the issue as early as possible and will get back to you with an update.

Hello+
Thank you for the quick response! Yes, we are using WP Engine… Do you know why they do not allow your plugin?
Thanks!
Hello, same here (also using wpengine) but im not sure how that relates.. maybe related to UPME?
I debugged and found the issue:
In the plugin constructor you call to the following hook:
add_action( 'wp_login', array( &$this, 'wcal_remove_action_hook' ), 1 );
The debug trace is:

Hi @evelynmsdesigngraphicscom,
No problem. Thank you for answering my question.
We need to analyze why this problem is occurring with the WP Engine. However, we have found a temporary fix to solve this issue.
It would be great if you can create a ticket at “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” and share the login details of your site there. So that we will apply the fix on your site and we can check whether that temporary fix resolved the problem for you or not.
Please get back to us on the ticketing system address mentioned above.

Hello+
Thank you for the quick response and potential fix! However, this is my client’s website (not mine) and they are not allowing me to give you access to it. My apologies for that difficulty… I do see that @furi3r has jumped into this thread… Maybe they can allow you to test out your potential fix on their site? Another possible solution is for you to reach out to WP Engine via their website contact form and/or live chat and see if they are willing to work with you on this issue? (I have seen WP Engine do that with other plugin authors.)
Thank you.
@priyankajagtap did u check my message? if you send me the fix, i eventually can test it.

Hello+
Thank you for your patience with me getting back to you. I installed, activated, set-up, and tested this version of the plugin on my site. I then sent a test email and logged out of the back-end of WP. I was able to successfully log back in – yay!
Please consider this ‘resolved’…thank you for your time and efforts!
