[Plugin: BigContact] Form Options wont save

Hello,

This is my first post and my first go at building a wordpress site. I really like this plugin and the functions but I cant get it to save the phone numbers, emails and hours of operation. I completely gave up on the API map code and just downloaded another Google map plug in to replace that. I tried to edit the phone number, email and hours; it changes and than goes right back when I click off it.
my site is in maintenance mode so do you need to see the site or can you help with me just explaining the problem? thanks for your help!
