    I’ll be releasing an update later today with the <tr> issues sorted out.

    I’m not sure about your comment on class=”form-table” as it is already in the code. The class is being declared on line 48.

    Is there an issue that makes you think the class is not there?

    ok, found it. That was an oversight on my part: I’ve copy&pasted the code on your site here, without a check in the downloadable file.
