    I have created the Thank You email message for Day 0 and I have received the email message in my mailbox almost immediate.

    Then I went ahead and create my subsequent email message to be sent on Day 1 and Day 2, but I did not receive any email after Day 1 and Day 2.

    I am currently using Hostgator hosting server.

    What can be the problem? Can anyone help?

    Make sure that your blog is visited at least once per day or set a cron job which will visit it

    Actually I am accessing the website everyday as I am needed to update the site content bit by bit.

    As advised by you, I have inserted “wget -O – -q -t 1 site’s url” into my cron job everyday to go and visit my site.

    I noticed inside bft-autoresponder’s plugin section, some of the pages are inactive as shown at the WP bft-autoresponder’s Plugin Page, is that normal?

    Hm no, no idea what this inactive means.

    I will monitor for another day to see if my email message come to me after Day 1 and Day 2.

    It works, managed to receive my Day 1 message inside my mailbox.

    Next function that I find is not working is the under Import/Export column, when I tried to update a csv file containing only Email, Name from my computer, it gives me this error message:

    “INSERT IGNORE INTO wp_bft_users (date, name, email, status, date) VALUES (CURDATE(), ‘Name’, ’email’,1, CURDATE())”

    I think there is an extra date inside the SQL statement.

    This is just a question, when I click on the Export button, what will it do? Will it ask the user to save the export list to a csv file located inside their harddisk?

    As at now, the export button doesn’t seem to do anything.

    As usual, thanks for the prompt action.

    I think you have to change the version number else there is no update download from the plugin site.

    So far everything has been working very well. So if my above queries are answered, there should be no problem with this plugin anymore.
