i think i have a unique problem as the plugin isn’t writing to the options table in the database. the first time i installed the plugin and made the first settings everything worked, but after i logged out and logged back in, i could not access any settings in the plugin back end. when i click on any of the tabs i get “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
i read all of the info about where the options are stored, but there is no option name that includes anything close to bit51_bwps in the options table.
so i uninstalled the plugin following all of the support information, started completely fresh figuring something went wrong in the installation. reinstalled it, was able to make all of my first settings which all take place, the database prefix works and all of that gets changed. when i log out and log back in i can’t access any of the tabs again. and this time i made sure to do just a little above the basic settings nothing crazy. i can’t change my options and there is nothing in the options table with bit51_bwps, but the changes seemed to hold as far as i can tell.
i download a fresh copy of the plugin and compare the one in my home directory, nothing is missing. i then installed the plugin on a subdomain and the exact same thing happens.
another important thing to point out is my host recommends and links to this plugin so i am fairly certain their server can take its settings.
has anyone had this problem? can i manually enter anything into the options table that the plugin can write to?
thanks for any help or advice i am not sure how to move forward.
