# [Plugin: Better WP Security] Lost my plugins!

 * I tried installing Better WP Security Version 3.2.6 and it’s trashed my plugins!
 * I can’t see them, and can’t reinstall them as they’re still somewhere on the 
   database
 * The plugin all-in-one-seo-pack/all_in_one_seo_pack.php has been deactivated due
   to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.
 * The plugin tinymce-advanced/tinymce-advanced.php has been deactivated due to 
   an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.
 * The plugin wp-cart-for-digital-products/wp_cart_for_digital_products.php has 
   been deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header.
 * Any suggestions?
 * HELP!

 * Can you please confirm which version of WordPress you’re running?
 * Also, which option in Better WP Security specifically lead to the issue?

 * It’s WordPress 3.3.2 and BWPS 3.2.6
 * It trashed the plugins instantly, the previous install I did at least offered
   my a chance to backup the database!
 * Basically I’ve lost all my plugins, they’re not showing as installed, but when
   I try and install it reports that the files are already on the database.

 * Interesting. A general install doesn’t affect anything with the plugins. I have
   however seen this issue on sites due to various issues with the WordPress installation
