[Plugin: Better WP Security] Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _verifyactivate_widgets()
-
I get this error message since installing BWP when I switch theme.
Installed BWP last night with my customised theme active. Today I wanted to test something so I activated TwentyEleven. Now when I try to activate my real theme I get this error message….
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _verifyactivate_widgets() (previously declared in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/mytheme/functions.php:120) in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/themes/mytheme/includes/functions.php on line 133
I know you’re going to say it’s a theme issue because I can switch to other themes, but listen, switching between themes was fine before I installed BWP. Even with BWP deactivated the problem occurs, so it has to be something BWP changed that is causing this issue.
Now my heavily trafficked site has been in maintenance mode for 12 hours as I tried to work this out to no avail.
Any suggestions?
