I have a site I need to take live but can;t until the 301 redirects are in place.
I am using Simple 301 Redirect plugin.
However – when I activate it, it breaks my top level of my main menu. The sub menus under the top level work fine.
Now – caveat is that the current site is still live and the NEW site lives in a subdirectory of the current sites root account.
But as I read – there are threads that say Better WP Security overwrites other htaccess code.
Here’s an example of the current link and it’s (broken) redirection:
/why-waldo -> http://rivers.org/wpsite/why-waldo/
Sort of at a standstill. Can someone give me some guidance?
