[Plugin: Better WordPress reCAPTCHA (support Akismet)] Not showing with comment_form()

I’m using the Adventure Journal Theme by Contexture, but have tried it with Twenty Eleven as well. Neither shows the recaptcha.
Both are using the comment_form() function.
I also tried replacing the comment_form() function with the bwp_capt_comment_form() function, but that did nothing as well.
