latest version 2.2 changelog says “Fixed an issue where the link target setting was not working.”

mine is not working, appears in html source as target=””

Check version 2.3 and see if it fixes the issue. I cannot recreate this not working as it works on all sites I am using. If 2.3 does not fix the issue please let me know the version of WordPress you are using and the operating system your site is hosted on.

2.4 has fixed it, works perfectly thanks.
