If you decide to start a new thread, make sure you follow the directions in the How can I get help when I'm having a problem? question so that I have all the information I need to answer your question without having to ask for additional details (which slows the process down significantly).
Most questions have already been answered either in the FAQ or existing support threads, so you'll get a much quicker answer if you do a bit of homework first. I respond to most support threads, but my free time is limited, so I usually can't reply quickly.
